The online portal offers Directors/Producers a subscription service to find freelance staff such as sound men, runners etc, see when they're available, contact them 24/7 and book their services at the touch of a button. Employers can even read reviews of prospective freelancers and access their CV's online to ensure they're contacting the best person for their job.
Once a Director/Producer has pulled together their preferred team, they can bulk email/sms the team to offer their proposition and salary etc and the system collates the yes/no/maybe answers from candidates in both email and sms format and if appropriate blocks out the time in the candidates calendars so as to avoid double bookings.
