Description: ioWorld are a global software company who develop small but useful software products. With a global customer base and potentially millions of users, the costs of running a call centre and support teams were simply not an option.
Benefit: Impact Technology wrote an entire suite of web services to manage all aspects of the products deployment, maintenance, usage and effective management.
Solution: Web services were developed to allow product registration, licensing, product feature activation, emailing service, usage analysis services, upgrade services, payment gateways services such as PayPal and Mobile Phone activation.
