Impact Partners with IOWorld to develop desktop application

Due to launch in May 09 the development of the desktop application is still shrouded in mystery due to the purported competitive nature of the marketplace.  Rumour has it however that the new software product is this seasons consumer ‘must have’ when it comes to making life just that little bit easier.

Andy Derrick of Impact Technology, software developer of some of the products core functionality, said ”The partnership had an obvious synergy as IOWorlds’ philosophy of ‘really simple, really useful technology’ fits perfectly with our own ideals of creative software development that adds real value.”

Alan Hodes, Director of IOWorld and the innovator behind the new product says of Impact: “I am confident that we will have a better product and thus a stronger chance of success as a result of Impacts involvement, and I look forward to seeing the product (and the relationship) blossom.”

The desktop application is due to launch worldwide in the next few weeks and is reportedly the first of many for the partnership.
